Terms & Conditions – 9asia Malaysia Platform Usage Agreement

User Eligibility & Account Registration

The 9asia platform is an online entertainment service intended exclusively for adult users in Malaysia. Before registering, please ensure you meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years old at the time of registration. This is a minimum age requirement strictly enforced by 9asia and cannot be waived under any circumstances.
• You are a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident physically located in Malaysia when using 9asia's services.
• You are registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person, company, or any other entity without valid written authorisation from 9asia.
• All information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. 9asia reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
• You have never been suspended or banned from using the 9asia platform previously.
• You are registering and using the platform of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes, and not as a primary source of income.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 9asia at all times. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — by the same individual is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all accounts involved, along with the withholding of all balances and winnings pending the outcome of an investigation.

9asia reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account without providing a reason if the platform determines that a user does not meet the established eligibility requirements.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the 9asia platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 9asia does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — instant deposit, credited within seconds
• GrabPay — via a GrabPay account registered in your name
• Boost eWallet — via your verified Boost account
• ShopeePay — via a registered ShopeePay account
• DuitNow — direct transfer to the designated 9asia account number
• FPX Online Banking — including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other available FPX banks

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same 9asia account holder's name. Deposits from third parties or unverifiable sources will be returned and the account in question may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Policy: Winning withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for all supported local payment methods, subject to account verification and compliance with the relevant wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal is RM 30, and the maximum daily withdrawal is subject to your current account tier at 9asia. 9asia reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain amount.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

9asia offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward both new and loyal members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement as specified in the terms of the respective promotion. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• The welcome bonus for new members may only be claimed once per user, per device, per IP address, and per payment method.
• 9asia reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of promotion abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure.
• The eligible bet value that counts toward fulfilling a wagering requirement varies by game type — Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and other games may each carry different contribution rates.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met before the expiry date, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be automatically forfeited.
• 9asia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, even if the promotion is currently being processed by a user.

Daily and weekly game rebates are calculated based on net wagering turnover and automatically credited to your 9asia account on a set schedule. Rebates are cash rewards with no additional wagering requirements unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of that rebate programme.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All Sports Betting and casino games on the 9asia platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each product type:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the 9asia system are final. Users are responsible for ensuring that all bet details — selection, amount, and market — are correct before confirming the bet slip.
• 9asia reserves the right to void or correct bets accepted as a result of technical errors, clearly erroneous odds, or inaccurate information beyond the platform's control.
• For Sports Betting (including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, cricket, badminton, and MPL Malaysia esports), official results from the recognised governing body are final for the purposes of bet settlement at 9asia.
• Postponed or cancelled matches will be settled in accordance with the rules set for the relevant sport or league — bets will generally be voided if the match is not played within the specified timeframe.
• Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate odds, or use automated software (bots) to place bets is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and the withholding of all balances.
• For Live Casino and slots games, 9asia is only responsible for outcomes recorded within the platform's system. Any dispute regarding a game result that was not properly recorded must be reported to 9asia within 24 hours.

9asia reserves the right to limit betting limits for any user or market at any time based on internal risk assessment, without being required to provide a reason to the user concerned.

User Responsibilities & 9asia Liability Limits

Users are fully responsible for all activities that take place through their 9asia account. This includes:

• Keeping your 9asia account password and login details confidential. 9asia will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence.
• Ensuring that your use of the 9asia platform is lawful under the local laws applicable to you. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the relevant laws in their jurisdiction.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to your account to 9asia immediately.

9asia's Limitation of Liability: The 9asia platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service disruptions, or technical failures. 9asia's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Responsible Gaming

9asia is committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help users manage their betting activity:

• Deposit Limit: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their 9asia account dashboard. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can only be decreased with instant effect; however, increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period.
• Loss Limit: Users may set a maximum loss limit for a specified time period. Once the limit is reached, 9asia will restrict betting activity until that period ends.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request to suspend access to their 9asia account for a chosen period — ranging from 7 days to 6 months — or permanently. During the suspension period, all betting activity and deposits will be blocked.
• Play Time Limits: Users may set a daily session time limit. Once the limit is reached, the 9asia system will send a notification and assist the user in logging out.
• New Copyright: Users who find that their betting activity is negatively affecting their personal life, finances, or relationships are encouraged to reach out to the 9asia support team for assistance and guidance on external support resources.

Account Termination & Suspension

9asia reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the identity verification process
• Registering or operating more than one account on the 9asia platform
• Abusing 9asia's bonuses, promotions, or rebate programmes
• Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting
• Engaging in match-fixing, bribery, or any form of sports fraud that affects betting markets on 9asia
• Under 21 years of age
• Accessing the platform from a region or jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by law

Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting 9asia customer support. Any valid balance in an account closed at the user's request will be refunded within 5–7 business days upon completion of the verification process, provided there are no outstanding bets or bonus conditions remaining.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

9asia reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to operational requirements, changes in law, or directions from the relevant authorities. The notification procedure is as follows:

• Users will be notified of material amendments via in-platform notifications on 9asia or by email to their registered address, with at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.
• Minor amendments that do not materially affect user rights may take effect immediately without specific notice.
• Continued use of the 9asia platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
• If a user does not agree with any amendment, they have the right to close their account before the amendment comes into effect.
